A rectangular shaped aquarium tank with dimensions in the tank is 25 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm. Now 1/4 volume of the water tank.

    The volume of the aquarium is:
                25 x 40 x 50 = 50000 (cm3)
    The volume of water in the tank is:
                5 0000: 4 x 1 = 12500 (cm3) = 12.5 dm3 = 12.5 liters.
    The number of liters of added water is:
               50000: 100 x 95 = 47500 (cm3) = 47.5 dm3 = 47.5 liters.
    The number of liters of water to be added is:
               47.5 - 12.5 = 35 (lit)
                     Answer: 35 liters of water.
